Last Days of April (LDOA) will begin their first U.S. tour this March, opening for the legendary Lemonheads! They have quickly established themselves as not only a fan favorite in Europe, Japan, and Australia, but also a favorite of many prominent bands and artists who they have shared the stage with, including Tegan & Sara, The Lemonheads, The Ataris, Sportfreunde Stiller (Germany), Superjesus (Australia), and Fightstar (UK). LDOA's U.S. tour will also include headlining dates in Austin (SXSW), Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York.
In the last few years, creative engine and songwriter, LDOA's Karl Larsson, has sharpened his pop sensibility into a serious weapon. The band's latest album, "Might As Well Live", delivers yet another great batch of indie pop songs about disillusion and heartbreak, packed with flawless instrumentals and bittersweet melodies. With the help of Grammy Award winning producer/mastermind (The Hives) Pelle Gunnerfeldt, "Might As Well Live" is nothing short of contagious lyrics with "airplay" written all over them.
"Might As Well Live," proves to be a statement, a bold decision that reflects upon a mindset that things must carry on, no matter what. This March, LDOA anxiously anticipates bringing just this, their spin on a positive notion, to the U.S.
