After a brief hibernation, The Standard Model reemerged with their original brand of rock music liken to such bands as Radiohead, REM and The Smiths in 2007 . The music is an experiment of the various combinations of melody, rhythm, time and an overall passion for existence on the Planet Earth. Gigs are being played and recordings are about to commence. The timing is right for something extraordinary to occur.
