Panic Years was formed in 2007 in Virginia Beach, by former band mates Ed Everett and Amy Miller. The two mates decided to start collaborating on a few old ideas and a few new ones, with the goal of simply writing good songs.
In 2008, they teamed up with old friends and former Capitol recording artists Mark Padgett and Rob Sweitzer, to produce and record their first self-titled Ep. With the help of the production duo, the band was able to record the songs exactly as they had imagined. Shortly following the Ep’s release, the band received airplay on local alternative station WROX (96X).
In late ‘08 Ed and Amy packed up and moved to Philadelphia, where they met Pete Trezzi (former drummer for CBS recording artist Sharon Little), Adam Smith and Justin Baldwin. The quintet has managed to bring the Ep to life with energetic, emotional live performances.
Panic Years is currently playing shows up and down the East coast and writing new material to get back into the studio and record. All songs were written by Panic Years except for Dig In and Pace, which were written by Panic Years and Steve Guzman.
